As a public technology institute, Institut Teknologi Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie (ITH) required a resilient, high-concurrency admission infrastructure to manage institutional intake securely and transparently. Our team was entrusted to engineer the complete ecosystem from the ground up: designing the core system architecture, orchestrating multi-channel registration pipelines, integrating real-time banking virtual accounts, and crafting low-latency CBT testing interfaces alongside comprehensive analytics dashboards.
Core System Architecture & Business Flow Orchestration
We designed a resilient, modular system architecture that isolates high-traffic intake pipelines while maintaining precise data consistency. The platform seamlessly bridges institutional applicants, Ministry of Education affirmation tracks, campus Single-Sign-On (SSO), and role-based operator panels under strict transactional integrity.
Automated Financial Engine & Real-Time Reconciliation
To eliminate administrative bottlenecks and manual payment verification, the platform features automated multi-bank Virtual Account provisioning via Bank BTN and Bank Mandiri. Payouts for registration fees and tuition deposits (UKT) trigger instant webhook validations, immediately provisioning official campus SSO credentials upon settlement.
Distributed Computer-Based Testing (CBT) Engine
Engineered to support thousands of concurrent examinees, the Computer-Based Testing (CBT) subsystem features dynamic question pool randomization, network-resilient client timers, responsive multi-category navigation, and automated evaluation engines to deliver uncompromised testing integrity.
Unified Identity & Multi-Role Governance
Institutional data governance is enforced through a hardened single-entry authentication gateway using strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Document verifiers, test proctors, and executive leadership operate with dedicated real-time telemetry dashboards to monitor admission quotas and enrollment metrics transparently.
