2.3 Studio Engagements

Initial inquiries, brief submissions, or discovery discussions do not automatically create a client relationship, partnership, or delivery obligation. Professional engagements are formalized exclusively through separate written contracts (Service Agreement or Statement of Work).

The name “Komodoplex”, its visual identity, logo, user interface designs, source code, technical documentation, studio artifacts, and published works are proprietary intellectual assets owned, controlled, or licensed by Komodoplex under Indonesian copyright laws and international treaties.
